Staley & Associates have developed a fantastic working relationship with Gekko Systems and are currently the preferred supplier of control systems programming. The project team at Gekko commissioned Staley & Associates to program the InLine Leach Reactor PLC, their flagship design, using Allen Bradley SLC500 hardware and Panelview operator interface. The system requires multiple PID loops to operate in parallel and is developed as an integral part of a continuous process in which the extraction of minerals occur. The InLine Leach Reactor is an intensive cyanidation reactor and is used to increase recoveries of both free and sulphide related gold.
